The Challenge
Sports prediction communities across the continent already had enormous informal momentum — people were predicting outcomes and settling stakes among themselves every week. What they lacked was a platform that could hold that activity at scale: fair settlement, credible outcome data, and the ability to run tournaments without a trusted middleman collecting every stake.
Our Approach
- 1
Modelled the existing peer-to-peer staking behaviour before writing any code, so the product mirrored how people already played rather than imposing a new ritual.
- 2
Built an AI prediction layer over historical fixture and performance data to surface signal, not to replace the user's judgement.
- 3
Moved stake custody and settlement on-chain so outcomes resolve against a verifiable record instead of an operator's ledger.
- 4
Designed tournament hosting as a first-class primitive, letting communities run their own competitions on the same rails.
What Changed
- A single platform carrying prediction, staking and tournament hosting end to end.
- Settlement that no longer depends on trusting a central operator.
- Architecture that supports new sports and markets without re-platforming.
